Golden Fried Chicken
Half of a three pound chicken delicately seasoned, lightly breaded and fried to a beautiful golden brown in 100% vegetable oil.

Chicken Breast Tenders
Tender chicken strips lightly seasoned and breaded. We then deep fry them to a golden brown. Great chicken! No bones about it!

Deep Fried Shrimp
Seven golden fried shrimp with a crunchy oriental style breading and served with our own zesty cocktail sauce.

Mississippi Channel Catfish
This is Awesome! Two 8 oz. flaky catfish filets that we lightly bread and fry until golden brown. Served with our own tartar sauce.

Butterfly Rainbow Trout Filet
This cold water rainbow trout is lightly breaded and sauteed in extra virgin olive oil. Simply great!

Pacific Northwest Salmon Steak
