Carving Buffet
As one of your entrees you can choose Slow Roasted, Hand Carved USDA Choice Sirloin, Roasted Pork Loin or Oven Roasted Turkey Breast at no additional charge. Slow Roasted Hand Carved Prime Rib carving buffet starts at $25.95.

All of the above buffets are served with a choice of plated salad. In addition, meals include Rastrelli’s Famous Bread, coffee, tea and milk. Rastrelli’s Salad Bar can be substituted for the plated salad for an additional cost.

 

Salad Choices
Renaissance Salad
Romaine lettuce with red onions and radicchio, Mandarin oranges, caramelized pecan, dried cranberries, and Gorgonzola cheese dressed with a cranberry citrus vinaigrette.

Spinach Salad
Baby spinach, red onions, hard-boiled eggs, chopped bacon, mushrooms and Colby cheese dressed with hot bacon dressing.

Rastrelli’s Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce, Rastrelli’s croutons, cherry tomatoes and shredded asiago cheese tossed with peppercorn Caesar dressing.

Rastrelli’s House Salad
Tossed romaine lettuce topped with red onions, cucumber slices, fresh mushroom slices and cherry tomatoes with choice of dressing.

Three dressings will be served along with the tossed salads. Choices are Thousand Island, Ranch, French, Bleu Cheese, Western, Low-Cal French, Low-Cal Ranch, Italian or our House Dressing – Red Wine Italian.

Cheese Tortellini with Fresh Basil – Small twists to pasta filled with ricotta, Parmesan and romano  cheeses served in a rich sauce of chopped tomatoes, garlic, and fresh basil.

Cheese Ravioli with Fresh Basil – Jumbo pasta pillows stuffed with ricotta cheese and served in a rich sauce of chopped tomatoes, garlic, and fresh basil.

Pasta Carbonnara – Strips of smoked pork loin sautéed with garlic, parsley, cheese and besciamella sauce served with mostaccioli noodles.

Ravioli – Pillows of pasta stuffed with a filling of meats, cheeses, herbs and spices.  Served in our rich meaty spaghetti sauce.

Tortellini – Small twist of pasta filled with beef, pork, veal and cheese.  Served with our homemade spaghetti sauce.

Cheese Ravioli Alfredo – Jumbo pasta pillows stuffed with ricotta cheese and served in a cream sauce with romano cheese, garlic, sour cream and chives.

Mostaccioli – Medium sized pasta tubes served with our rich and meaty spaghetti sauce.

Pasta and Seafood – Mostaccioli noodles served in a rich butter and garlic sauce with seafood.

Cheese Tortellini Alfredo – Small twists of pasta filled with ricotta, Parmesan and romano cheeses, served in a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce.

Seafood Ravioli Alfredo – Jumbo pasta pillows stuffed with Ricotta cheese, crabmeat and shrimp, served in our rich, creamy Alfredo sauce.

Pasta Picante – Penne pasta served with spicy Italian sausage and tomatoes.

Pasta Cordon Bleu – Penne pasta tossed with chicken, ham and cheese served in our homemade cream sauce.
