Roasted Stuffed Pork Loin Sacciacta – Fresh boneless pork loin stuffed with Italian sausage and slowly roasted with fresh garlic, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
The Iowa Chop – A 10oz. fresh bone in Iowa pork chop broiled over open flame to sear in the flavor. Lightly seasoned with salt and pepper. Ask about sauces available with this option!
Pork Loin De Barga –Boneless pork loin covered with red wine, Brown gravy, mushrooms, onions, peppers and tomatoes

Baked Orange Roughy, Orleans Style – Australian Waters supply this delicate and flaky fish. Served in a rich butter sauce with our own mild Cajun-seasoning blend.
Broiled Salmon with Herbed Garlic Butter – An 8oz. North Pacific salmon filet broiled over open flame served in an herb garlic butter with a hint of lemon.
Broiled Mahi Mahi with Fresh Lime – A delicious firm white fish broiled and served with a  splash of freshly squeezed lime.

Pasta

Cheese Tortellini with Fresh Basil – Small twists of pasta filled with ricotta, Parmesan and romano cheeses served in a rich sauce of chopped tomatoes, garlic, and fresh basil.
