Salad Choices

Renaissance Salad
Romaine lettuce with red onions and radicchio, Mandarin oranges, caramelized pecan, dried cranberries, and Gorgonzola cheese dressed with a cranberry citrus vinaigrette.

Spinach Salad
Baby spinach, red onions, hard-boiled eggs, chopped bacon, mushrooms and Colby cheese dressed with hot bacon dressing.

Rastrelli’s Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce, Rastrelli’s croutons, cherry tomatoes and shredded asiago cheese tossed with peppercorn Caesar dressing.

Rastrelli’s House Salad
Tossed romaine lettuce topped with red onions, cucumber slices, fresh mushroom slices and cherry tomatoes with choice of dressing.

Three dressings will be served along with the tossed salads. Choices are Thousand Island, Ranch, French, Bleu Cheese, Western, Low-Cal French, Low-Cal Ranch, Italian or our House Dressing – Red Wine Italian.
